Three junior Murray County 4-H members participated in the State4-H Archery contest held in Stillwater, bringing home three awards for Murray County. Jace Donaho and Kiliana Johnson received 2nd place overall in their divisions and Ryker May placed 3rd. The members are trained under the leadership of 4-H volunteer Eugene Christian. The 4-H Shooting Sports program is an educational activity to teach firearm safety to 4-H youth, help youth improve their marksmanship, and to offer an opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities. Also representing the county in the contest were Peyton Thornhill, Aubree Lee and Juliana Johnson
