Douglas “Doug” H. Grubbs, Jr., 80, of Sulphur, passed away on Thursday,April 4, 2024. Doug was born in Walters, on January 2, 1944.
Doug served his country in the United States Navy. Doug spent years as the owner of the Dry Cleaners in Tulsa, then in Sulphur.
Doug was proceeded in death by his father, Douglas H. Grubbs, Sr., and mother, Lona Francis Brownlee Greer.
Doug is survived by his wife, Rosalie Grubbs; stepdaughter, Tammy and husband Jim Howeth, stepdaughter, Cielita and husband Curtis Spain, four step-grandchildren, and twelve step-great grandchildren; and brother, Douglas Grubbs of Atlanta, Georgia.
Interment will be at the Walters Cemetery in a private burial.
