The Sulphur baseball team picked up three more big wins over the last week, as the Dogs spilt six games to move their record to 16-10.

The Dogs lost a 3-0 home game to Newcastle on Monday.
“We are starting to hit the ball better up and down the lineup at times,” said Sulphur head coach Mike Matlack.
The Dogs were at Newcastle on Tuesday before playing a threeway with Elk City and Byng on Friday.
The Dogs will be at Marlow next Monday before hosting the Outlaws at home next Tuesday.
Sulphur’s final regular season home game of the year will be April 23 when the Dogs host Ada.

Sulphur added another run in the 3rd to make it 7-0 before Plainview finally got on the board in the 4th with a run.
But the Dogs added two more in each of the 5th and 6th to end things.
“It was a really good performance by us in the two wins over Plainview,” Matlack said.
Senior Eathin Kennedy pitched very well for Sulphur, going all six innings and allowing just three hits and two walks, while striking out five.
