Debris Cleanup Help Still Available In Sulphur Areas

Pick Up Supplies, Water, And Other Donated Items At The Expo

City of Sulphur and Murray County officials are reminding residents that storm debris cleanup including chainsaw work and roof tarping is still available from voluntary organizations who have been working in the area. The help is available for all Murray County residents.

“We’ve been so fortunate to receive support from numerous organizations that came forward to help our community in the aftermath of last month’s storm,” said Murray County Emergency Manager Brian McDaniel. “While calls for debris help have slowed down, we believe there are still needs out there and we encourage residents to ask for help if they need it.”

To request assistance with chainsaw work, roof tarping, or other debris needs, residents can call Oklahoma Baptist Disaster Relief (DR) at (844) 690-9198 or visit okdisasterhelp.org. Oklahoma Baptist DR is working with other voluntary organizations across the state to coordinate requests for crews. Contact them to request debris help today.
