Linda Ann Caldwell, of Stratford, was born December 8, 1952 in Atoka, to Clifton and Lillie (Williams) Finney. She passed away at her home south of Stratford at the age of 71 years, 5 months and 11 days.
She married Kevin Caldwell on July 23, 1988 in Tulsa, where they made their home for a few years, before moving to Austin, Texas and then to Stratford 24 years ago. She taught special needs children for a time and loved every minute of it. She loved being in the country so she could have her chickens and goats. Some of the other things she enjoyed was reading, and sewing. Her family meant everything to her. She and her husband, Kevin attended Stratford’s East Main Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Lillie Finney. She is survived by her husband, Kevin Caldwell, of the home; daughter, Sarah Cross and husband Cornell, of Tulsa; son, Christopher Caldwell; also of Tulsa; one granddaughter, Winter Rose Cross; and a brother, Paul Finney, of Denver, Colorado.
Services are under the direction of the DeArman-Pickard Funeral Home of Stratford.
