The Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service mission is to educate, train, and support families while helping advance the state’s economy and agricultural industry. Each state has a ‘land grant college’ which posses the charge to conduct research in many different areas of industry pertinent to the state. Ours is the Oklahoma State University. Each county has an ‘Extension office’ whose charge is to Bring RESEARCH BASED information to its citizens. Or some would say, our extension office is the front door of the university to the county.

The attempted assassination of my friend, President Donald J. Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania last week was a stain on the soul of our great nation. It should never have happened.
