Much of Greg’s youth was spent in the Elmore City and Davis areas. He spent 33 years working as a mechanic for P&M Wrecker Service in Davis, prior to working for C&C Backhoe Service. Greg was very much an outdoorsman, always enjoying the sport of hunting and fishing. He was a proud grandfather and cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his daughter, Anna Leboeuf and husband Joshua of Lake Charles, LA; son, Caleb Wright of Davis; four grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Barnes and husband John of Katie, and Cherri Meadows of Elmore City; three brothers, Rickey Wright and wife Nesha of Elmore City, Mike Wright and wife Kim of Elmore City, and Shane VanBuskirk and wife Liz of Pauls Valley; uncle, Louie Mayes and wife Louise of Coeburn, VA; his best friend, Terry Bloodworth and wife Jenn; as well as the mother of his children, Tammy Bolding Wright.
