Grant grew up in Globe, prior to the family moving to Davis. After graduating from Davis High School, Class of 1990, he continued his education at OSU Tech where he studied electrical, engineering. He later attended SOTC, focusing on machinery. For several years he and Alisha owned and operated the Grandfield Newspaper. Prior to failing health, Grant worked as a self-employed handyman in the Davis area.

Survivors include his parents, Larry & Billie Jo Henley of Davis; one sister, Donna Bates of Davis; as well as one nephew, Riley Sims of Piedmont.

Per Grant’s request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Oklahoma Heart Association.
