She passed away on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 74 years, 11 months and 12 days. Virginia had lived in this area for several years; working for the Chickasaw Telephone Company as a bookkeeper for 15 years. She and Larry Jones were married on February 2, 1996, and he preceded her in death on November 11, 2011. Virginia was a member of the Church of the Firstborn.

Earl Ray Hunter was born August 8, 1943, in Sulphur, to Jess and Zora Hunter. He went to be with his Lord in Heaven on Sunday, October 13 ,2024 at the age of 81. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, October 18, 2024 at Crossings Community Church Chapel in Oklahoma City.

Jay McClure was born on April 15, 1976 to Linda (Primrose) and Paul McClure in Sulphur. He passed away at home surrounded by friends and family after a long time battle with ALS on October 19, 2024.

DavidAllen Moore was born on May 10, 1942, in Stratford, to Henry Allen and Bertha (Summers) Moore. He passed away on Saturday, Oct. 12, in Ada, at the age of 82 years, five months, and two days.
