Services for Betty Ann Clark, 64, of Roff were held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, August 1, 2024 at Crossway Church in Sulphur with Rev. Doug Burrows, Rev. Will Clark, and Rev. Steve Wilburn officiating. Burial followed at East Hill Cemetery in Roff.

Edwin Don “Ed” Phillips was born November 9, 1944, in Oklahoma City, to the late William E. and Grace (Drake) Phillips. He died on Friday, August 2, 2024, in Sulphur, at the age of 79. Ed and the former Ms. Betty L. Statley were united in marriage on August 19, 1967, in Sindey, NE. To this union were born two sons, Jason and Scott.

Earlene Blagg Chandler, born on November 23, 1940, in Sulphur, to the late Earl and Mable (Van Orden) Blagg, departed this world on the evening of Friday, July 19, 2024, in Oklahoma City, at the blessed age of 83, surrounded by those who loved her dearly. She was greeted at Heaven’s gates by her daughter Kellie Ann and her beloved siblings Leon Blagg, Don Blagg and Kaye Young, as well as her parents.

Norma Gibson expired on July 22, 2024. She was preceded in death by husband Neil Gibson and grandchildren Larryn Rayburn, Reed and Krysta Yount, sister Mary Lou Adams, and parents Wayne and Mary Mustain Evans.

Funeral services for Reba Blackburn will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, August 2, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Church, in Sulphur. Interment will follow at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Sulphur.

Tommy Wayne “Tom” May was born July 28, 1958, in Tishomingo, to the late Tommy Sylvester and Vinita Fay (Covington) May. He passed from this life at his home in Davis, on Saturday, July 27, 2024.

On July 14, 2024, Ronnie Wayne Sallee of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away at the age of 67. Ronnie was born in Harris County, Texas, on August 30, 1956, to Jack B. Sallee and Carrie M. (Fletcher) Sallee, both of whom have preceded him in death.

Mary Jane Hilliard was born March 30, 1942, in Elk City, Oklahoma, to the late Rayburn Wayne and Eary Lizzie (Rauburn) Rayburn. She passed from this life on Sunday, July 21, 2024, in Oklahoma City, at the age of 82 years, 3 months and 21 days. Mary and the late Joe DeWayne Hilliard were united in marriage on October 1, 1959, in Sulphur. He preceded her in death on February 9, 2000.

Dewey Allen Oxley was born March 28, 1946, and passed away on July 7, 2024 at the age of 78 years. He married Connie Perot Oxley on June 16, 1977, in Ardmore.

Willa Dean “Bill” Hicks, 99, of Sulphur and Hickory, passsed away Monday, July 8 in Pauls Valley.

Georgiana McClure Kincaid, a life-long resident of Stillwater, Oklahoma, passed away on June 21, 2024 in Stillwater, OK at the age of 80.

Bobby Ray Quinton passed away from this life on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 at his home in Ardmore at the age of 87 years, eight months and 18 days. He was born on October 7, 1936 at his Grandpa Brown’s farm in Gibbs Township, OK to James “Monk” and Elizabeth “Lizzie” (Brown) Quinton.
